🧬 Our Pangenome Construction

Constructed using 4 mango cultivars: Alphonso, Amrapali, Neelam, and Dashehari, and 36 whole-genome and resequenced datasets (24 in-house resequenced + 12 public datasets).

Combined sequence-based pangenome assembly size: 394.43 Mb.

Achieved a high-quality, highly contiguous assembly with N50 of 17.65 Mb.
